To facilitate the continuance of the Florida Youth Challenge Academy program, which is Congressionally authorized and operated by the Department of Defense through the National Guard Bureau, located at Camp Blanding, Florida.     

This Agreement will maintain the collaboration between the Clay District School Board and the Department of Military Affairs to improve communities and to provide a highly disciplined and motivational environment for at-risk high school dropouts.
